Pricing FAQ
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free forever, no credit card. You can create up to 3 maps with every node type, share them publicly, and export your data anytime.
How does billing work?
Pro is $5/month, or $50/year (two months free), auto-renewing until you cancel. Payments and invoicing are handled by our payment provider (Polar) as merchant of record, including any applicable VAT/taxes.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings at any time and you keep Pro until the end of the current billing period. After that you return to the Free plan — your maps are never deleted.
What about refunds?
EU/UK/Turkey consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Because Pro gives immediate access to a digital service, starting it means you ask us to begin at once and acknowledge the withdrawal right ends once access is granted. Outside that, contact billing@motifloom.com within 14 days of a charge and we will make it right. See our Terms for full billing details.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes — Pro is $5/month or $50/year, which works out to two months free. You can switch between monthly and yearly from the upgrade screen. Student pricing is on the roadmap.
