About
Why MotifLoom exists
I read a lot. I watch films. I listen to podcasts. I play games that tell stories. I save articles I'll never re-read. And none of it connects to anything else.
Bookmarks rot. Notes scatter. The film that changed how I think about storytelling sits in a streaming watchlist next to something I added by accident three years ago. The book that inspired it lives in a different app entirely. The podcast episode that tied them together? Gone.
I wanted one place where everything I find interesting could grow into a visual map.
Not a to-do list. Not a second brain with 47 plugins. Not a social feed optimized for engagement. Just a quiet canvas where a topic sits in the center, and everything related orbits around it — books, films, podcasts, games, articles, links, notes — all connected, all visible, all mine.
That's MotifLoom. A motif is a recurring theme. A loom weaves threads into fabric. Together: a tool that weaves your interests into something you can see, navigate, and share.
What we believe
Private by default
Your maps are yours. Keep them private, or share when you choose.
Your data, your control
Export everything anytime. No proprietary lock-in.
Connection over collection
We help you build knowledge networks, not just lists.
Beautiful tools
Knowledge deserves a canvas that feels alive and inspires exploration.
MotifLoom is built by Alperen Eser — a developer and designer who got tired of scattered knowledge and decided to build the tool he wished existed.
